Mind Body Soul Experience Alexandra Palace September 2015
What a lovely event, the Yoga Show is also here at the same time and both events complement each other perfectly. We really were very popular, the Lasagna doing its magic again. Lots of people hungry after taking part in yoga workshops with these amazing master yoga teachers from all around the world. Next year we will have a bigger more central spot with chairs and tables.
Report from Vegfest 2014
We all had a great time! It was manic!, amazingly busy and everyone loved our preps, we sold out and the favorite prep was the old, but fresh, faithful, vegan and gluten free lasagna, it went down a treat. Also there was much appreciation for the raw cheesecakes and the treat of the day the nut and cinnamon logs (cashew and almond flour delicately flavoured with agave, Ceylon cinnamon, vanilla and raw coconut crystals, dehydrated for 16 hours then dipped in raw chocolate coating flavoured with maple syrup and agave), oh yes they were a real treat!. Also the raw courgette houmous tart with walnut, pumpkin seed and sundried tomato base was soooo good! and sold out by 2pm. We are really thankful to all our customers, it was our first officially food stall and we have no doubt lots to learn and perfect but it was a lovely experience mainly because everyone at the festival were such nice people.

Since the Vegfest we have been really busy and have had a lot of interest from a few different areas, one is a really nice gentleman, Khalid Undre the owner of Down To Earth resturant in Kensington High Street, he has a lovely place there and we took some raw cakes round for him to taste and he kindly ordered a few from us for the weekend, so busily again we made a raw chocolate cake, raw cheesecake and carrot cupcakes with vegan cheese frosting(cashew nut and dates) with hemp seed sprinkles.
